Gavin Henson is a Welsh rugby union player and television personality. A fly half, centre, and fullback in rugby union, he played for Llanelli, Swansea, Ospreys, Saracens, Toulon, Cardiff Blues, London Welsh, Bath, Bristol, and Dragons. In rugby league, he played for West Wales Raiders. He also played for the Welsh national team, and the British and Irish Lions.

Gavin is the son of Audrey and Allan Henson. He is married to Katie Wilson Mould. He has two children with his former fiancée, musician, actress, and television presenter Charlotte Church; and a son with Katie.
