The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) may decide it’s time to move things along when it comes to his relationship with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). Although Chance is just friends with Sharon for now, there’s obviously the potential for them to become something more.
Of course, Chance won’t want to overstep if Sharon isn’t ready to date again.
Since Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) was important to them both, Chance will want to be respectful of Sharon and her own timetable of moving on.
However, Sharon has coped remarkably well with Rey’s death and genuinely seems prepared to take the next dating step with someone – namely Chance since they’ve grown closer lately.
Chance appreciates being able to open up to Sharon and clearly enjoys the ease of being in her presence.
It’s reasonable to think Chance might ask Sharon out on a date at some point.
There’ll be a good opportunity for Chance to shoot his shot since the bicentennial celebration Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has been planning is coming up at the end of March.
Since both Sharon and Chance are presumably going to be there anyway, perhaps he’ll suggest that they could go together.
It would certainly be nice to see Sharon escape the coffeehouse prison that Y&R has created for her!
It seems like Sharon is doing a life sentence at Crimson Lights these days, but that could change thanks to this exciting party.
Will Chance ask Sharon to be his date for the gala?
Chance might insist there’s no pressure, but he could also make his romantic interest in Sharon known and test the waters as they move forward.
Sharon might accept Chance’s invitation and turn a few heads once they go public.
Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) will surely take notice if Chance and Sharon are looking cozy at this shindig.
