Flora and Fauna understand that a customer may have a change of mind or other reasons to return products and they accept returns on products provided they are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. There are some items that may not be accepted for returns and these include razors, blades, facemasks, underwear, period underwear, menstrual cups, chocolate, reusable sanitary pads, feminine hygiene products, sponges or gift cards. All items do however need to be returned within 28 days and the packaging must also be intact with no tears or blemishes. Returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving them.
